Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bagzilo, we value our customers and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy provides clear guidance to make the process simple and transparent.
Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. This window allows you sufficient time to check the product and ensure it meets your expectations. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@bagzilo.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will provide you with the return address and details once your request is approved. At this time, prepaid return labels are not automatically provided.
Return Method
Returns must be shipped back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are encouraged to keep proof of postage, as Bagzilo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, if the item shows signs of use or handling, a small restocking charge may be applied. Customers will be notified in advance if such a fee is necessary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@bagzilo.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, undergarments). Customized or final-sale items are also not eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original product (following our return process) and place a new order separately.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes customers may change their mind after purchasing. In such cases, items can be returned within the 14-day window as long as they remain unused and in original condition. Return shipping charges will apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
